1. PLATFORM STATUS FILMALY is an independent, non-commercial technical marketplace for filmmakers and creatives. We are not an employer, agent, or commercial service provider.
2. NO COMMERCIAL OBLIGATIONS FILMALY is NOT a retail platform. WE DO NOT OFFER PAID SERVICES OR GOODS. All financial contributions are voluntary donations. We assume no liability for the quality, legality, or fulfillment of agreements between users.
3. PROHIBITED CONDUCT & HARASSMENT We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for fraud, spam, and abusive behavior. Any threats, insults, or harassment directed at the Administration or community members will result in immediate and permanent account termination without prior warning.
4. DATA PRIVACY & SECURITY We take your data security seriously. We implement industry-standard protocols to protect your profile information, activity logs, and private messages from unauthorized access. PASSWORDS ARE ENCRYPTED AND NOT STORED IN PLAIN TEXT. The Administration does not use, sell, or exploit your data for external commercial purposes.
5. SECURITY DISCLAIMER While we utilize robust measures to safeguard the platform, no digital system is entirely immune to all risks. By using FILMALY, you acknowledge that we cannot provide an absolute, 100% guarantee against technical failures or unforeseen security breaches. You agree to hold the Administration harmless in the event of such incidents.
6. SAFETY & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Interaction (meetings, shoots, rentals) is at your own risk. By posting content, you confirm ownership rights. We use cookies to enhance platform functionality.
